PROJECT PIPELINE

Titan

Copper–gold · Proposed acquisition · Completion pending

Historical gold workings. A larger mineral-system question.

At Big Hill, we will assess the pyrite reef and its relationship to the surrounding gold system. At Guiding Star, we will investigate whether gold extends through a substantial volume of carbonaceous shale.

Why we selected it

Exceptional historical gold grades and mapped underground workings attracted us to Titan. Our first target is the Big Hill pyrite reef that historical miners worked around. Mine plans provide a starting point to reconstruct its geometry.

The historical mine grades describe selected workings. The 2022 Queenslander drilling included a downhole interval of 10 m at 0.49 g/t gold in BH013. The planned programme will directly test the priority pyrite-reef target.

What we will test

What mineral system produced the gold, and does it have the scale for a major discovery?

At Big Hill, we will test whether the reefs belong to a larger epithermal or porphyry system, alongside the published shear-hosted orogenic interpretation. At Guiding Star, the separate question is whether gold extends beyond the rich historical shoots into the surrounding carbonaceous shale.

Next milestones

  • Reconcile mine plans, drilling logs and assays.
  • Establish the geometry and gold distribution of the Big Hill pyrite reef.
  • Map and sample the Guiding Star shale to test the wider mineralised volume.
  • Define the targets, access requirements and costed programme before wider drilling.

Acquisition status

MineFinder is targeting a binding offer for the proposed Titan copper–gold acquisition in November 2026, alongside the proposed Canadian TSXV CPC transaction pathway. Completion remains subject to definitive terms, satisfactory due diligence and required approvals.

Due diligence must confirm the tenements, royalties, annual holding and expenditure obligations, and access for the proposed work. Titan is shown as a pipeline opportunity alongside MineFinder’s six existing projects.
