Project Snapshots
Three immediate priorities. A wider opportunity pipeline.
Colossus targeting and drilling, Vulcan core assays and the proposed Olympus spin-out lead our programme. Explore these priorities within our wider gold, copper, silver and antimony portfolio.
Brownfields exploration
Why we selected it: Historical mining and high-grade drill results provide a starting point to test for a district-defining gold–copper discovery.
Historical drilling returned 6 m at 38.9 g/t gold, including 1 m at 120 g/t, and 2 m at 5.50% copper with 5.77 g/t gold. Colossus targets extensions beneath and beyond the Warroo district’s historical workings. 100% owned by MineFinder.
- The opportunity
- A revised intrusion-associated gold model targets mineralisation beneath and beyond shallow workings, within a 2 km gold–copper-rich zone and a broader 15 km mineralised zone.
- What we will test
- Does gold–copper mineralisation beneath and beyond the workings form part of a larger intrusion-related system? Test continuity, grade and geological relationships to guide further drilling.
MineFinder interpretation- Historical results
- Historical drilling: 6 m at 38.9 g/t gold, including 1 m at 120 g/t; and 2 m at 5.50% copper with 5.77 g/t gold, including 1 m at 8.70% copper. Selected downhole intervals from the compiled historical database.
- Next milestones
- Complete pre-listing MAGMA targeting and drill design. Following the proposed listing and associated financing, test gold–copper widths, continuity and depth extensions with RC and diamond drilling.
ProposedTest budget: Major drilling planned after the proposed listing financing; final scope and costs to follow contractor quotations.
Target timing: Target major drilling from Q2 2027 after the proposed listing and associated financing, subject to access, approvals and contractor availability.
- Ownership and deal status
- MineFinder owns 100% of the project. Any future partnership or transaction would determine its own funding and retained-interest terms.
Regional setting
The flatmake review discusses Warroo’s shallow-dipping mineralisation model. Its geometry and continuity remain questions for project-scale testing.

Early-stage exploration; no defined mineral resource
Why we selected it: Preserved core from the historical 17-hole, 1,505 m diamond programme provides an immediate opportunity to test gold potential before new drilling.
Gold was not systematically tested. Historical exploration identified base-metal sulphides; the revised geological model suggests a possible gold overprint. Review available core and assay for gold before deciding whether drilling is justified.
- The opportunity
- Test whether concealed intrusive centres and surrounding host rocks contain a larger copper–gold system. Assess potential scale from the extent of alteration, metal distribution and connected geological controls.
MineFinder interpretation- What we will test
- Do source, fluid pathways, favourable hosts, timing and preservation combine to define a larger copper–gold system? Integrate the reported anomalies and intrusive geology to identify targets for drilling.
MineFinder interpretation- Historical results
- Historical GSQ drilling: 27.2 m at 0.7% Cu, including 12.3 m at 1.2% Cu at Grieves Quarry. A 2021 review also reports copper–gold and potassium anomalies and identifies a concealed-intrusion porphyry model.
- Next milestones
- Complete pre-listing core review and representative gold assays. Use the results and mineral systems assessment to select targets for drilling after the proposed listing, or to progress a partnership.
ProposedTest budget: Core review and gold assays funded by the current raise; wider fieldwork and drilling to be separately costed.
Target timing: Target assays in Q4 2026–Q1 2027; new drilling after the proposed listing and associated financing, from Q2 2027.
- Ownership and deal status
- 100% MineFinder ownership. Develop a technically supported copper–gold target portfolio for further exploration, partnership or a separately funded explorer.
Exploration and target development
Why we selected it: A proposed gold company with Karara Gold would combine adjoining tenements, secure separate exploration funding and retain equity exposure for MineFinder.
100% MineFinder-owned Olympus combines high-grade historical gold workings with a larger sediment-hosted gold model. Discussions with Karara Gold aim to combine adjoining tenements in a separately funded explorer, with MineFinder retaining equity.
- The opportunity
- Test the structures beneath and between Mountain Maid and Madam Ross, where historical workings extend for at least 650 m and 750 m respectively.
- What we will test
- Do the high-grade reefs sit within broader sulphide-bearing or stockwork gold mineralisation, and do favourable host rocks and structures repeat at depth?
MineFinder interpretation- Historical results
- 207 g/t gold from a historical underground pillar at KC; selected mine-waste samples of 87.2 g/t at Wild Scotchman, 58.7 g/t at KC and 8.99 g/t at Mountain Maid.
- Next milestones
- Agree the proposed structure and funding plan with Karara Gold. Integrate historical data and refine bedrock targets to support a separately funded gold company, with the spin-out targeted from Q2 2027.
Proposed- Ownership and deal status
- 100% MineFinder. Proposed separately funded gold company with Karara Gold, with MineFinder retaining equity. An in-specie share distribution is under consideration, subject to final terms and approvals.
Regional setting
The Warwick–Texas goldfield discussion provides regional context for Olympus, whose geological model still requires project-specific testing.

Re-evaluation of a past-producing epithermal system
Why we selected it: Historical gold production, drilling below the North Pit and a displaced West Pit vein provide specific targets for structural re-evaluation.
Historical West Lode drilling: 7 m at 70.6 g/t Au, including a logged 2 m sample at 188 g/t Au. Approximately 49,000 oz recovered historically. MineFinder is targeting extensions beyond the workings and concealed veins. Tenure remains in application.
- The opportunity
- Three target groups: the vein below the North Pit, the displaced West Pit Extended vein, and concealed or parallel veins. Define geometry and continuity before systematic drilling.
MineFinder interpretation- What we will test
- Can drilling define coherent shoots below the North Pit, relocate the displaced West Pit vein, and test a project-specific gold-deposition interval?
MineFinder interpretation- Historical results
- West Lode: 7 m at 70.6 g/t Au, including a logged 2 m sample at 188 g/t Au; 3 m at 90.2 g/t Au and 4 m at 52.3 g/t Au. Approximately 49,000 oz recovered historically. Later drilling tested below the North Pit.
- Next milestones
- Reconcile drilling and mined areas; reconstruct the North Pit vein and West Pit displacement; assess textures and geophysical response; then define a costed drill programme.
Proposed- Ownership and deal status
- MineFinder owns 100% of the project. Tenure is in application; any future funding or retained-interest terms would be established through an agreed transaction.
Early-stage exploration
Why we selected it: Historical antimony and gold occurrences provide a starting point to assess the quartz–stibnite vein system.
Test for gold beneath and between historical antimony workings near Cooktown, and investigate an interpreted uphill source. Good Luck provides two targets for a staged exploration assessment.
- The opportunity
- Gold beneath and between the historical antimony workings, extensions of the known vein and an interpreted uphill source provide focused exploration targets.
MineFinder interpretation- What we will test
- Can we locate the uphill source and establish continuity beyond the historical lenses?
MineFinder interpretation- Historical results
- Selected historical shipments: 44.7–59.9% Sb. One parcel: 1.19 oz gold per ton. Gold-bearing quartz and uphill stibnite provide two exploration targets.
- Next milestones
- Test for gold beneath and between antimony workings, and investigate the uphill source. Review records, map and sample before deciding on trenching or drilling.
Proposed
Exploration · target definition
Why we selected it: Historical surface gold results and an interpreted intrusive corridor provide specific targets for mapping, sampling and geological assessment.
Historical gold workings and assays up to 14.3 g/t Au identify targets along an interpreted 11 km intrusive corridor. Lucky Valley provides a separate opportunity to test the source, continuity and scale of gold mineralisation.
- The opportunity
- Test whether historical gold occurrences are surface expressions of a larger intrusion-related gold system along the interpreted corridor.
MineFinder interpretation- What we will test
- Can mapping and representative assays connect the known gold occurrences to a larger intrusive system?
MineFinder interpretation- Historical results
- Historical surface assays: Baguette up to 14.3 g/t Au; Aspinalls up to 4.3 g/t Au; Tamaroo up to 1.5 g/t Au; Lucky Valley up to 1.3 g/t Au.
- Next milestones
- Compile and locate historical results; map and sample priority prospects; integrate geology and magnetics to select the next field tests.
Proposed- Ownership and deal status
- A separate MineFinder project assessment, with commercial options to be developed alongside target definition.
