Investor enquiries and registrations

MineFinder Group Pty Ltd collects the contact, location, investor or entity details, indicative amount and message that you enter in our enquiry and investment-interest forms. We use them to respond, manage follow-up and prepare the next steps. Optional fields can be left blank. These forms do not collect payments, identity documents, bank details or tax file numbers.

Submissions are stored in our private Investor Relations records, including the wording and time of your contact request. Access is restricted to authorised staff. Our hosting providers process this information to operate the website and its records; processing may occur outside Australia. Original submissions and subsequent staff activity are retained as a history. We do not enrol you in a general marketing list through this form.

You can contact MineFinder to ask for access, correction or removal of your information, or to raise a privacy concern. We will consider the request and any applicable record-keeping requirements. A future share registry or onboarding provider will have a separate process. This form does not automatically send your details to such a provider.

The registration form uses a short-lived essential receipt cookie to show confirmation only after a saved submission. A daily hash of the connecting IP address helps limit repeated submissions. Form details and investor records are excluded from website analytics.

MineFinder uses essential browser storage to remember your privacy choice. Optional Google Analytics 4 measurement stays off until you select Accept analytics. You can change your choice at any time with the Privacy settings button.

What optional analytics measures

When you consent, Google Analytics receives a random browser identifier, device and browser information, a canonical public page path, a general page category, and selected public navigation or external-link interactions. External-link measurement sends only the destination domain. After a new enquiry is saved, a confirmation event records its general type (investment information, conversation or general enquiry). It does not include the enquiry ID, project, name, email or message. Known search and AI referrals are reduced to the service domain; full referring URLs and conversation paths are excluded.

What is excluded

MineFinder does not send names, email addresses, form contents, URL query strings, URL fragments, full referring URLs or account identifiers to Google Analytics. Analytics is not loaded in administration, EMS, Scout, wiki, API, enquiry entry or QR-tracking routes. Only a verified enquiry confirmation can load the consent-based completion event. A short-lived essential receipt cookie connects the saved submission to that confirmation and is then cleared. Page titles sent to analytics are generic categories rather than visitor-supplied or record-specific titles.

Advertising and sharing

Analytics storage is denied by default. Advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled. MineFinder does not load Google advertising scripts. Google may process analytics data outside Australia to provide the measurement service.

Your choice

Rejecting optional analytics does not affect access to public information or forms. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, optional analytics stays off. Rejecting after previously accepting stops future collection and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for this site.
